Bob Boileau, General Manager

Bob manages all aspects of PPIR, including operations, events, local outreach and business development. He has the distinction of having won the inaugural race at Pikes Peak International Raceway on June 14, 1997. He is a second-generation driver who began racing in 1982, and his twin teen-aged sons are continuing the tradition. Bob has won numerous championships over the years including the prestigious SCCA National Championship Runoffs. Bob has his thumb on the pulse of motorsports in the Pikes Peak Region and is always open to new and creative event ideas.


I-San Hung, Strategic Partnerships & Sales

I-San recently joined the PPIR team to manage sales and aspects of events. I-San has a heavy background in event management and contract sales from tracks across the country like Laguna Seca, Road America, and Road Atlanta.  I-San’s experience brings new and creative ideas to the PPIR team and his vast knowledge of events is an invaluable resource.  He is highly motivated to take PPIR to the next level.  I-San lives in Denver with his wife and daughter.

Megan Marchand, Office Administrator

Megan recently joined the PPIR team as an office administrator.  She manages all aspects of the office
in Colorado Springs including accounting, Social Media, and receptionist work. Her background includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  As a Colorado Springs native, she brings a youthful, non-motorsports perspective to the team.  Megan lives in Colorado Springs with her daughter.


Jessica Head, Marketing Manager

Jessica is an energetic Marketing Manager for Pikes Peak International Raceway. Her background in real estate marketing and her experience with the Greenville Braves (a former division of the Atlanta Braves) brings a fresh perspective to the team.  Jessica works out of the corporate office in Greenville, SC and resides in the Upstate of South Carolina.


Douglas Molloy, Industry Relations Manager

Doug fosters PPIR's relationships within the motorsports industry and serves as an advocate for business interests that align with PPIR's master plan. His knowledge of track facilities and industry trends helps PPIR focus on attracting the best business opportunities that serve the larger motorsports world.  Doug developed his enthusiasm for speed earlier in his career while working in the aviation industry.  Doug is a graduate of Florida State University and lives in Miami, Florida.


Vincent Salas, Public Relations Consultant

Vince brings to PPIR a strategic understanding of media relations, constituency relations, employee communication, crisis management, philanthropy, advertising and public policy campaigns. His experience includes 17 years with AT&T, as well as advertising and marketing in real estate and with Up With People, an international education and cultural exchange program. Vince is a Journalism graduate of the University of Texas and lives in Austin with his wife and four children.
