Garage Space for Rent
PPIR has a limited number of Infield Garage Spaces for Rent.
Garages are located in the infield north garage. Each unit is private and has it's own locking door. The units vary in size.
All garages are insulated, have 110 power and lights. There are very limited number of these available. Please call now to set up a time to view the available spots.
PPIR will be renting spaces on an annual basis and price varies depending on size and location. Prices start at $500 per month. Each new tenant will receive a "track card" good for 10 free open lapping days, a $2,000 value*.
*Track card given is based on a 12-month, annual lease.
