Located in Fountain, Colorado, Pikes Peak International Raceway (PPIR) is a historic motorsports facility with deep roots in American racing culture. Built on the site of the former Pikes Peak Meadows horse track and opening on May 31, 1997, the 1-mile D-shaped oval and accompanying road course quickly became one of the fastest paved circuits in the country.
